Please search the airport pick up and the destination resort/area near which you are traveling to, please follow the steps and complete with payments. You can either select airport pick up, point to point, or hourly options

We use the largest and the best payment gateway in East Africa. Direct pay online. You can pay using card, paypal or mobile money.
We also have a pesapal secure link that you can use to make secure payments with multiple currencies.

Answer to FAQ 6
We need your name and surname so that we could write your name on the paging card while we will be waiting for you on at the Airport.
We need your contact details such as email and phone number.
We need your number of flight so that we can follow up eventual flight delays.
We also need your building or the hotel for ease of drop off.
Please note we do not use your data for other purposes other than execution of your booking.

We allow reasonable traveling luggage. If you have abnormal luggage please book a normal car.

The driver will be waiting at the taxi-drivers waiting area holding your name.
We normally text the drivers on whatsapp so that its easy to locate them.

In different Airports, taxi drivers are designated different places to wait for their guests.
We make sure that ALL our pre-bookings have a driver waiting.
In case you do not find your driver completely, kindly call us on 0729 005 789 and we will locate the driver for you.
FAQ 2: Plans change as so are we flexible.
This can be done if we are notified well in advance.
Please quote your payment reference number so that we evaluate how much to add.
We can do an upgrade at minimal charges.
Answer to FAQ 1:
The Transfer time depends on the destination and traffic in major towns. During pick periods, transfer can take longer than off-pick times.
The average time to most hotels in Nairobi is 1 hour.
It is however different in other towns where hotels are far away from the airport.
